Like Web of Science, Scopus (published by Elsevier) is a bibliographic database that calculates measures of journal impact and ranks journals to indicate their influence and prestige.
IFPRI does not subscribe to Scopus, but some of its information is openly available at the Scopus website.
CiteScore "calculates the average number of citations received in a calendar year by all items published in that journal in the preceding three years." It supersedes a metric previously provided by Scopus called Impact Per Publication (IPP).
SNIP (Source Normalized Impact per Paper) "measures contextual citation impact by weighting citations based on the total number of citations in a subject field. The impact of a single citation is given higher value in subject areas where citations are less likely, and vice versa."
SJR (SciMago Journal Rank) is a "prestige" metric that "accounts for both the number of citations received by a title and the importance or prestige of the titles where such citations come from."
